Attending a 1-to-1 workshop with Marco was a game changer for my photography. His eye for composition and light is incredible, and he helped me see the streets in a completely new way. The hands-on guidance and thoughtful feedback pushed me to capture more powerful, meaningful images. I left inspired, confident, and full of new ideas.

In July 2024, I had the opportunity to attend a one-on-one street photography workshop with Marco in Berlin. Marco is an incredibly friendly guy who speaks English very well. He taught me how to look at and understand composition. What I really learned from Marco is how to “create a frame.” What do you want to see within a frame? Playing with the camera, playing with light, and the person within the frame. It’s great that I can occasionally ask him for tips. And it’s also nice that I get to enjoy his work whenever I see it pop up!

The 1 to 1 workshop with Marco Wilm in Berlin was a fantastic experience! Marco created a very pleasant and personal atmosphere, making me feel at ease right away. His explanations were not only informative but also very practical - I learned a lot. It was a perfect mix of technique, creativity, and relaxed exchange. Highly recommended for anyone looking to take their photography to the next level!

I learned a lot from Marco and had a really great time. I learned how to take the next step in developing my own voice in photography and how to find my own style. The lessons about editing were my highlight. Thanks a lot!

I look back on my one-on-one street photography workshop with Marco in Antwerp with great satisfaction.

Even before the workshop started, everything felt right. The communication was smooth, clear, and professional. Marco was also exceptionally well prepared, which immediately inspired confidence.

The workshop itself was truly inspiring. Marco taught me to see the city and its people from a completely different perspective. His explanations were clear, practical, and easy to apply, giving me the tools to continue growing independently afterward. Every moment of the day was used to its fullest — no wasted time, just focus and depth.

I highly recommend this one-on-one workshop to anyone who is open to a fresh perspective and ready to take a meaningful step forward in their photography.

If you are looking to break out of a creative rut or finally to “see” the fine art in the street photography in Antwerp rather to look at it – this is the workshop you need. Combined with easy going personality of Marco is a day well spent. His meticulous feedback and attention to the details after the workshop is a plus that not everyone does.

Marco has an exceptionally well-developed photographic eye. During the Berlin workshop, you visit beautiful photography locations, and he challenges participants to capture the most striking and surprising compositions. His workshop is meticulously prepared, and his teaching style is both pleasant and inspiring. Highly recommended if you want to push yourself beyond your limits.

I can only say positive things about attending Marco’s workshop in Copenhagen. It truly reignited my passion for photography and gave me a fresh perspective on what to look for when shooting.

One of the most valuable takeaways was learning how to choose your frame more strategically and think more intentionally about composition. The workshop was also a lot of fun, spending time with other like minded photographers created a great atmosphere for learning and creativity.

Another highlight for me was exploring masking techniques to give photos a more dramatic and polished look. It’s something completely new in my photography journey and not something I had really considered before.

Overall, it was an inspiring experience that left me with new skills, new perspectives, and some really cool images. I would highly recommend Marco’s workshop to anyone looking to grow their photography and enjoy the process along the way. Thank you Marco!
